Athletics » Overview

Athletics and physical activity are an integral part of our student life at Sacred Heart.   Our mascot is the Dolphin!  Through daily recess, active physical education classes and 18 different sports teams offered throughout the school year, Sacred Heart takes developing students physically very seriously.
We have beautiful athletic facilities including soccer fields, basketball and volleyball courts, and a cross country trail.  We use the home tennis courts at Catawba College, Salisbury High School and Salisbury Parks & Recreation for boys and girls tennis.  We use The Revival Golf Course for our golf home matches.  We can rent the track at Catawba College for Track & Field in the spring.
